I should have mentioned yesterday, that there was high level movements from the north, well today that has caught up with the easterly Caribbean winds and now causing a lot of clashing in the Caribbean off Honduras. And the Caribbean winds are bringing that action in to Belize today.

This morning will be a mixture of sun and clouds, more sun in the north, but clouds developing. Then the swellups will be moving in, probably Stann Creak district first, followed by Cayo and Belize districts and then the south generally. This could be on and off rain, some heavy, events over much of the day. The north might missing out.

Re: Belize Weather Forecast: July 14, 2020 - 07/14/20 06:17 PM

Rapidly changing situations.
The high swellups are throwing out cloud at north Belize now.
But the earlier threat to central Belize, the ITCZ activity appears to be fizzling out as it gets closer to the coast line.
There have been several small swellups and rain down near PG, but even these now moved away.
So there still can be some isolated rain showers around anywhere.
