The regular Caribbean winds are coming in from the ESE, but up by the north Yucatan, they are being deflected and slowed down, there is high level from the SW, clashing and causing a lot of cloud in the Caribbean and some on Belize, so we can expect some rain, possibly some at present in some coastal central and south areas. But there is something coming down over the gulf, causing clouds to line up over the western Yucatan, it looks as if a cool air bubble is trying to push down our way.

Looks as if today will be mainly sunny in the north and a mixture of sun, cloud and some rain further south.

Something from the south is pushing the rain up over the country and causing a lot of cloud almost every where. This is more than the high level from the SW and more than the easterly Caribbean winds.
