www.iridium.com is the iridium web site. They have basic info but are not "interactive" you need to contact one of their vendors (they have them all listed). I got ours from World Communications Center (go to
http://www.wcclp.com/iridium.htm ).
They have excellent customer service if you have a problem of any kind.
