Why do you want an all-inclusive? There aren't any like you will find in Mexico, if that is what you are used to. There are so many great restaurants in San Pedro.

OK, I'm trying to decide if I should go to Belize or French Polynesia in August. Given the rainfall and heat in Belize in August, I might be better off waiting to come to Belize next spring. Has anyone ever been to Bora Bora? I'm a diver so this is one major consideration.

Belize is still great in Aug. I have heard wonderful things about Bora Bora, make it priority to go to both if you can.

Sorry, traveling solo - and the only thing I nurse when in SP is the occasional hangover, which generally results from not running a tab

It seems to be the norm when we visit SP... nursing hangovers... I'll be sure to bring lots of advil and tums! I sure needed it last time I was there! lol!

I have had more than a mouthful at times, however, on the other side of the coin, I have been told that my mouth is bigger than I might think it is.

I wouldn't worry too much if I were you, it's my understanding that talking with your mouth full can be elevated to an art form!

Does anything differnt happen during the weekend. I know it's not a holiday in Belize but anything special going on? I have friend down that weekend.

I won't be on AC on Memorial Day but will be there late August early September (US's Labor Day). I will give you all plenty of warning that I'm coming .

I like AC in August - it is hot and it does rain but that describes almost anywhere in Paradise. It's warm and the beer is cold - what more could you ask for?

I was in Tahiti years ago in late July - it rained everyday - hard with no let up - I kept amused with indoor things but it was ashame to fly all that way and not be able to enjoy the sun.

bummer... I can't make it that weekend.

marylou, Go to Bora Bora!!! I've been to Moorea, a couple islands over and regret to this day not going to Bora Bora. The diving there is AMAZING if you like the big critters, something you really don't see in Belize. Those french divemasters are some of the best I've ever dove with.

Oh yeah, to keep on topic, I'll be here next weekend....

Not there after all, definite change of plans. Was packed & ready to go but Mom life-flighted to Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock so came North instead of South yesterday. Still on ventilator, trying to wean her off. All prayers appreciated.

It was great meeting and seeing again many of the boarders at BC's yesterday....Gay & David, Simon B, KLC, RI Beth, Law, Mr & Mrs Reaper and beautiful baby, 2 miles North, ...shoot I hope I didn't miss anyone.
Also, seeing my family and friends...Stellie, Charlene and all the bartenders at BC's; ,Monica (tu tia siempre esta esperando para su Johnny cake}, Butch at Jumping FrijolesSusie and Steve. I didn't get to see Tulu or Ada this time but did speak with. Made my every trip visit to Barrell bar for Coco Locos and went across the new bridge for a quick ride up north. Now onto airport for lunch, duty free, and finally Jets for a farewell hug!!! and bloody mary.
