My fiance and I are planning a long term stay in AC. She is diabetic and needs insulin shots daily. Is there pharmacies or other ways of obtaining it?
Also thinking about starting a business there and staying permanately. Any ideas, what is needed?

bring a small supply when you come - sometimes the pharmacies run out and it can take 24 - 36 hours to replenish.
