Can I get a driver’s license or a renewal if I have outstanding tickets?

All applicants processing new importation,replacement ,renewing motor vehicle licenses and driver’s license to kindly ensure that all traffic violation tickets are cancelled or application will be put on hold or denied until said violations are cleared.
