We are staying in San Pedro for 10 days. What is the best way to see all of the sights in Belize?

I’d say rent some bicycles and bike all over, maybe get a golf cart for a day, to get around town and see what is available. Then you can decide what you would like do. Make sure you go snorkeling and or scuba diving! a trip to Lamanai to see the ruins and the rivers and wildlife on the mainland takes a full day, but is really cool….
