Eight years in the skies for Island Air

Island Air is celebrating eight years of service in Belize with nine daily flights from San Pedro to Caye Caulker, Belize City, Phillip Goldson International Airport and three flights to Corozal.

Since May of '89 we have grown from a one-man show to a company that employs 40 people and from a single, three-seater aircraft to a fleet of six aircraft, giving us a seating capacity of 44, with many arrivals and departures daily. Recently we started doing our own aircraft maintenance at our newly acquired maintenance shop at the Phillip Goldson International Airport.

Every day our employees give their best to have our clients happy. From the moment our customers walk into our offices, they are treated with that friendly Belizean hospitality and a service only found at Island Air. Island Air has many plans for the future, but as all young companies, we need to be very careful with our investments. All decisions made are with you, the customers, in mind because at Island Air we care. As we celebrate our eighth anniversary, we would like to thank all our friends for their business because without your support, it would have been most difficult to reach where we are today.
