Charlie and Reds, 1976
I took this photo in front of the old theater to some day do a painting of it. Charlie and Reds often took there siestas there because of the afternoon shade. The theater would get a movie now and then and it was a real treat for everyone in the village until you had to sit on a long narrow wooden bench with no backs for an hour or so. I'll never for get the sounds of all those kids screaming and the sticky concrete floor from all the candy and gum. "Island life was good..."
