Blue Dragon Grapefruit, British Honduras 1930
There were the "Blue Dragon" and "Trout Hall" grapefruit packaging in Pomona Stann Creek.
The Citrus Company of British Honduras in Pomona packaged citrus products, for distributors like Blue Dragon, Trouthall and canned pineapple slices in syrup for giant Libby's.
Trout Hall was the label on both the citrus juices and the grapefruit sections in light syrup. These along with fresh fruits (grapefruit) were other products of the Citrus Company of Belize back in the 60s and 70s.
There was also a company in Stann Creek, by Lynam, by name Canada Hill Products, that used to produce cassava starch for export. Darara I believe, was the name of the cassava starch produced in the Stann Creek district around that time.
