Pig Foot Honduras Style!
Patas de chancho a lo Catracho!
Ooooh its so good! Its delicious, not so healthy but thats why I only make now and then! And you serve it with yuca (casava) and chopped cabbage mixed with diced tomatos,
Put the pig foot in a pressure cooker, with culantro, onion, garlic, salt, cummins, black peppa, recado, some season all, boil it for 40 minutes more or less and then put it in a frying pan to reduce the gravy, put some recado again, season to your taste.
