Very long seeds, the bri-bri species called Inga edulis
The seeds belong to the bri-bri species called Inga edulis. These pods reach around 38 inches in length and have colorful seeds. Farmers plant Inga in rows next to their crops so that the nitrogen-fixing trees, like the mucuna beans, improve soil fertility for healthier crops.
