Cock spur, medicinal uses
For snake bite a piece of bark 2.5 X 15 cm is boiled in water and is given as a tea to snake bites and asthma victims. The fruits are edible, they have a nice aroma and taste.
The ants of this tree are used for asthma. Just boil some and drink it. They are mean little ants on the cockspur trees, a perfect example of symbiotic relationship.
