Allan Arthurs is also in this picture as well. He was the Dangriga
P. U. P. Representative up until 1974 when he was defeated by the U. D. P candidate Paul Guerrero.
At the old National Assembly Building, Belize City.
Its the ground entrance to the Assembly on the upper floor. The assembly room with its original mahogany furniture was the Chief Justice Chambers when CJ Abduli Conteh gave me a tour in 2005. The entire building in now the Magistracy having also served as Treasury and Central Bank.
