Miss Universe contestant to represent Guatemala at Sea & Air Festival

Carol is 19 years old, born on March 3, 1978, has light brown hair, brown eyes and is 5'7". She graduated from Esdeo High School and is currently a sophomore at Rafael Landivar University. Her career ambition is to become a marketing consultant in international imports.
Miss Aquino represented her country of Guatemala at the Miss Universe Pageant '97. Her hobbies are listening to music, bungee jumping and adventure.
The Reina de la Costa Maya pageant will be part of the opening ceremonies on August 19th for the 6th International Sea & Air Festival which takes palce August 19th through the 24th. Other announced contestants for the crown of Reina de la Costa Maya are Gaylene Dawson of Belize, Monica Cienfuegos of El Salvador and Tania Elizabeth Vasquez Perez of Mexico. The representative of Honduras will be announced in the next few weeks.
