Hi Marty,
Is it normal for the management company that holds the corporation to send a bill 2 years late for annual filings including a $1.00 per day late fee? We now have a $1200.00 USD bill with no previous billings or information pertaining to these fees? Is it worth keeping this corporation if the tax rate is the same?
