This will be the "new san pedro" and will reinforce the islands economy once the subdivision is opened up.
NOW elberta if you need to spend time griping about something,
truly san pedro has a huge problem with prices and how they vary,
hotels & groceries, lack of control in both of those alone is enought to detour any second incounters from tourist, is that not important enough for you elbert and your business,please say it is, tourist dont want to be looking over there backs everytime
they book or purchase, the law needs attn. in that area, as far as the GBE no law is broken, just the feelings perhaps of the narrow minded. Progress is the order of the day ,,
