From Belmopan...

Typical spring weather. Caribbean winds from the east, with some cloud. High level cloud from the west, North Belize getting that from the WNW, but Honduras getting it from the WSW. It appears the mountains of Honduras causing the Caribbean air to interreact a bit with the high level pacific winds and in any case, push up the Caribbean air, causing clouds, which then come over or near southern Belize. There is increased rain clouds in parts of the central Caribbean today. There is very significant ITCZ activity down near Panama, this will continue and get more predominant through April into May, which will bring our Wet season.

Today looks like being an almost copycat of yesterday.
