Thanks for the information, sunandsand. It helps to know who you are dealing with, I'm sure. I will relay information and see how it goes from there. I think he would like to see your condo as well. Do you know the developer very well?

I do know Mr. Pierce, very well. But, my opinion of him as a man has nothing to do with his product. I still think the condos in RV are good, well made, and adequate for what you pay for them. I don't have a clue as to how the SB project is going to be. All I know is I want to sell my RV condo and move on. As quickly as possible. If you want, you can have your cousin email me and I will give him what info I can. You have my email address, if not, let me know and I'll send it to you again.

This is for personal reasons and has nothing to do with the condo, the complex or Mr. Pierce?

So sorry you are selling your condo - you were always so excited about being here and I am sure you loved practically every minute.

I hope you can sell you condo and move on to the next step in your future.

I must be missing it. I don't see any post from sunandsand in this thread indicating the reasons for the quick sale. When I hear "I just want to sell my RV condo and move on. As quickly as possible." I get the impression that the Reef Village condo has been an ongoing problem (or likewise with Mr. Pierce) and it's time to cut loses and move on. I just wanted clarification as I'm also looking at condo options and if there is a persistent problem at RV, I wanted to note it.

Thanks, Amanda. We still love Belize, and will always have a connection there in some form. I have changed my opinion of Mr. Pierce, and getting out from under anything that "binds" us together is my current ambition. I still love my condo, and hate to sell it, but some things are better left behind, for your own sanity.
So, with that being said, I hope to maybe later on buy something south of the cut, maybe on the water, or at least water view, and continue our relationship with all of our wonderful friends there. I feel at home on AC, and can't think of any place I'd rather be when it's my turn to relax.
