Cool spot on the island and the diving is awesome on the North end.

Two questions:

Is there a dive shop on site?

Could someone hike from TBR to Palm Bay Club area?

Yes we are a PADI international dive resort. The hike to Palm Bay club area is about two miles.

Just keep your right foot in the sea and you are there in no time.

That is a perfect fit for my wife and I. We have a week at Costa Maya Resort this year which we will probably take advantage in late October and usually like to add a few days either before or after our time @ Costa Maya. I am looking forward to spending a few days at TBR and will be in touch as I get my dates if travel confirmed.

We will be here. See you in Oct.

Actually we probably won't be here. Unfortunately TBR closes yearly in October for maintenance and a well deserved staff vacation!
