I keep a folder in my email of the bounced back messages, then after a day or two if i don't hear back i re-send them....

noting that 'this message bounced back, you may have received it already' at the top....

Thanks for the update Marty, I've re-sent my emails daily and still no reply, do you have any idea when this might be resolved. It sounds like you may be local to the Belize area and have experienced this before. I'm anxious to solidify my plans for a stay on AC. Waiting patiently...
