I tried to get someone to give me the recipe in 2001 and the closest I could come was something from Over40pirate. This is what he had to say:

"A dirty banana? Oh...many thoughts come to mind, but I'll not go there....it's a banana daquiri w/ either Baileys or Kahlua...ah hell, put 'em both in! ...and have a hammock nearby!!!"

Me, I remembered that it had Kahlua in it.

So if anyone else wants to post the actual recipe, I really want to know it too. Thanks.

Me thinks everyone is very close, however no one has mentioned that the banana has to be over ripened, black like your shoe!, And Ada laced the glass with Chocolate!
Still think there is more than meets the eye here

Now the Baileys Colada was something else!
I'd pay hefty for that one too Johnboy!
You bring those recipes back with you this summer and we will be the best bartenders in the neighborhood!!

Ada laces the glasses with hersheys syrup and put kaluha in the dirty bananas.
There is another one that is my favorite that is banana-baileys colada. No hersheys syrup and baileys instead of kaluha.
