My husband and I booked 4 nights at the Capricorn in February. On its website, the rooms (each w/a hammock) look lovely, and we don't mind that there are only 3. It seems that would insure individualized attention and a genuinely friendly atmosphere (so far been true via e-mail exchanges). However, whenever I ask anyone on the boards about it, everyone says the Capricorn is not really a place to stay, and it doesn't have any ammenities. True, there's no pool (which I admit I missed when I first booked), but does anyone know for a fact what kind of experience we might expect here? They've said they can book tours for us, pick us up at the airport, arrange our transfers to & from BC, provide bikes and golf carts to get into SP, and, of course, have a great restaurant. What ammenities are they lacking?
