I do not believe so. They are predicitng mid February.

Part of the experience of the Cayes is the Water Taxi. You have not truely experienced going to the islands unless it has rained on your trip from the city or the boat breaks down on you way to the Caye and the captain slowly stears his way in the dark to the island. It is also nice when it is sunny but doesn't make for a great survival story.
