The last i heard Tres Cocos a mile north had Electricity. Any further yet?

Rumours abound! A new generator at Essene way? A substation at the river? Power today? Tomorrow? Who knows!!!

I was informed on Thursday by my brother,Jim, that his house and ours have electricity!! We are both located behind the Palapa Bar on the lagoon. YEAH!! Just in time, we're gonna be there on Friday, day after thanksgiving!! Can't wait.

The plans for the generator have been thrown to the wind (oops.. not a good subject at the moment.)

Power is definately up to Mata Grande and Mata Chica should be up today. Serving food starting this weekend.

Life is getting back to normal at a real rapid pace.

I was told today by Anna from the Pier Lounge that they have power up to Casa Caribe.
They are enjoying the abcence of generator noise and the addition of A/C!

Thanks everyone for keeping me (us) imformed on the electricity up north. My girlfriend and i have been pretty worried since we have been planning this permanent move for almost 2 years.
