Does anyone know if Ramon's is going to rebuild their swimming platform out at the end of their dock?

I got quite a surprise the other day when I'd planned for a snorkel at the end of their dock. I had to jump in, which was a bit scary. Then I paddled around for a while looking at all the pretty fishies. The swim back to shore was not arduous, but I didn't particularly enjoy the tickle of the seagrass for most of the swim.

We had dragged all our snorkel gear out there a few weeks ago, and no platform, no stairs. Dragged the stuff back and headed over to the Paradise Villas pier, and snorkeled under Wet Willies patio. Still a lot of debris under there from 2000, and lots of fish.

I know it to be an excellent second choice.

Probably because everytime they have a storm surge it gets ripped off and smashes into the main dock and/or ends up on the beach.

Well, how about a set of stairs at least? frown
