The Reef Runner Glass Bottom Boat is licensed and can comfortably accomodate 20 passengers. It is equipped with lifevests for both adults and children and also with floating rings.

On the sightseeing and snorkeling tour you will enjoy beautiful sights of spectacular corals, such as elkhorn coral, sheet coral, grooved brain coral, finger corals and many more. There are also colorful purple, yellow and red sponges. Swimming and hiding amongst these corals are a colorful array of playful and curious fishes and other sea animals such as flounders, starfish,crabs, nurse sharks, stingrays, octopus, yellowtail snappers, blue stripe grunts, parrot fish, hogfish, damsel fish and much much more.

Reef Runner Glass Bottom Boat offers two tour options. Two tours daily leaving at 9:00am and 2:00pm.

1. Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley

This tour is to the well-known protected area known as the Hol Chan Marine Reserve and the famous Shark Ray Alley, where you can swim with the nurse sharks and southern and atlantic stingrays. Occasionally you see loggerhead turtles. The sites are located about three miles from San Pedro Town on the reef. It's a 30 minute boat ride each way to get there and once there you have approximately 2 hours of snorkeling. Total time on this tour is 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Cost is $40.00US(adult) and $17.50US (child - 4 to 11 yrs). This includes boat, park fees, complimentary fruit punch and snorkeling equipment. If not snorkeling, you may deduct $5.00US from the above rates. Non-snorkelers can watch the fish and sharks and stingrays from the glass or the side of the boat. They can also swim by the boat at Hol Chan where the water is waist deep or sunbathe on the top of the boat. On the way to the sights there is some sightseeing.



2. Tuffy and San Pedro Cut

These are two nice snorkeling spots located just 5 minutes away from San Pedro Town. They are abundant with fishes and coral. On this tour there is a 15 to 30 minute sightseeing tour along the reef and then it stops for snorkeling. Cost is $25.00US (adult) and 15.00US (child - 4 to 11 yrs). Includes boat, fruit punch and snorkeling equipment. Deduct $5.00US if not snorkeling or if you have your own equipment. This tour is 2 hours.

The Reef Runner Glass Bottom Boat can be chartered. Prices upon request. It can do trips to well known site known as Mexico Rocks upon request also. Prices depend on the amount of passengers.
