Snorkel Belize

The Blue Hole Dive Center has the PERFECT snorkel trip for you!

We've got trips from 2 hours to 2 days!

Shorter Trips:
Hol Chan Marine Park-
Just 4 miles south of San Pedro, the park is protected by law, so you'll see a lot of fish, and some seem almost tame! It's best to snorkel Hol Chan with the tide coming in, so check with us for tide tables. Expect to pay US$15 for a morning or afternoon trip. Don't forget your US$2.50 park entry fee.

The Sandbar/Stingray Park/Shark Ray Alley/Shark Park- There are many different names for the same place. The feature fish here are lots of friendly Nurse Sharks & Southern Stingrays! There's also great snorkeling with huge shoals of snappers, grunts & other tropicals. Combine this trip with Hol Chan and just pay US$20.

Mexico Rocks-Six miles north of San Pedro. Nice Snorkeling, beautiful coral formations and lots of fish. Not so many big fish, though, unfortunately Mexico Rocks is not protected, and a lot of the bigger fish end up on the dinner table. US$20 gets you there and back.

Day Trips

Caye Caulker- You don't snorkel here, you stop for a great lunch and a chance to see a pretty fishing village. Snorkeling on this trip includes Hol Chan, Shark Park, Coral Gardens and others. Prices vary on this one, so please email us for the latest up to date prices.
