This is an aerial view of the south side of Belize City. On the right side down the river one can see the swing bridge.
To the left is Southern Foreshore. What appears to be a pier running parallel to the foreshore is actually the pipe
from the suction dredger. That dredger was assembled under my father's supervision and kept the mouth
of the river from silting up.




This is a scene of Albert St. taken from the foot of the swing bridge. To the left is what still is the TAXI stand, and further down is Brodies. To the right is Hofius. Check out the long dress and hat!! Wonder who the lady was!!
