San Pedro Belize Lions Club Inter-Community Hospital 
The future keeps looking brighter for San Pedro's first. hospital, as more
donations keep pouring in. The San Pedro Inter-Community Hospital is one
of the biggest projects the San Pedro Lions Club has undertaken and thanks to
the positive response from the community and friends abroad, the building
seems to be developing rapidly.

Chief fundraiser, Lion Ramon Nunez recently presented Hospital Chair- man Lion Edilberto Marin with a check for $100,090, courtesy of Mr. Larry Addington, owner of Caye Chapel. This is Mr. Addington's second donation, of the same amount to the hospital. This donation comes in very handy, as $154,214.31 has already been spent on construction material and labor, leaving a balance of only $14,000 from the funds previously collected.
Lion Ramon Nunez has been working diligently through his many contacts
to acquire more funds for the project.
In order to keep the funds coming in,
various fundraisers have been held in
the past and more will be held shortly.
Another big event was a benefit
concert featuring Broadway Star Sean
McDermott at The Boat Yard
