Her Dad's note: I've asked her to add the appropriate text right here. I'm very proud of her if she does or doesn't.

Shannon says: Well, this was a happy day for me! I finally graduated! The guy on the left is Fred Carr, director of the meteorology department at OU, and the other guy is Dr. Snow, the Dean of the College of Geosciences.

Actually, what I'm holding is just my diploma cover, a vinyl covered folder thing with a fake diploma inside! They mail you the real one a couple of months later (I have it on my wall.).
