The museum has lost financial support of the San Pedro Town Board and the Belize Tourism Board and this has caused a significant lost of funds for the museum. We will be asking local businesses to donate but are looking for a few major sponsors that can commit to helping us with the ongoing operating expenses.

The Ambergris Caye Historical Society is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) and a Non Profit Organization created to preserve the history and culture of our island and to educate residents and visitors of our colorful heritage.
