Diane works on selected sales and marketing projects in Belize. She began
her career in real estate in 1980 in the Los Angeles area and has worked
steadily in various facets of the real estate industry every since. She
and her husband Bob moved to Belize in 1992 and have been full-time
residents ever since. They built a home on Ambergris Caye and have been
full time residents since their move. They work within the local business
community and have come to feel that Belize is "home." In addition to
working with buyers and sellers of real estate, Diane writes a regular
column for the San Pedro Sun called "The Real Estate Corner" and has an
active public speaking schedule for investment and retirement seminars and
tours of the area. Bob is a building contractor, having worked in the
building industry for over 30 years. Before moving to Belize, Bob built
homes in Malibu, California, so he has a long familiarity with sand, surf
and stress factors as they impact a structure. Together Bob and Diane are
the developers of "Caye Villas and Los Encantos". They welcome your

Welcome to Belize. A move to a tropical paradise is part of the daydreams
