Music lovers need wait no more! San Pedro's hottest
Latin band - The Tequila Trio - has recently introduced a collection of
their favorite songs entitled, "Con Amor a Mi Pueblo Querido - San Pedro,
Belize". The new CD combines the vocals of well-known musicians Wil Nuñez
on keyboards and Dale Wallace on guitar as well as special guest vocalist
Oscar Aguilar, "The Golden Voice of San Pedro".
Celebrating 28 years of delighting audiences, Wil and
Dale perform several times a week in San Pedro. The duo released
"Souvenir" last year, a collection "geared toward the tourists," but the
new CD was created for their local fans, thus the name, "With Love for
our Town - San Pedro, Belize". Listeners are certain to be delighted by
the selection of thirteen classic rancheros, ballads and boleros (most 25
years or older). Tequila Trio often performs these same wonderful songs
while entertaining at popular night spots such as Holiday Hotel and
Ramon's, at weddings or by request for other special occasions.
"Con Amor a Mi Pueblo Querido - San
Pedro, Belize," was recorded on-island at "Studio de Bodega," inside Casa
Nuñez. The CD is available in finer hotel and gift shops in San Pedro, as
well as music stores in Belize City.
