The Honorable Prime Minister Said Musa enjoyed the Labor
Day Holiday with hundreds of his fellow Belizeans in San Pedro. His wife Joan,
son Yasser and daughter Pamela joined Musa. They stayed with their friend Ramon
at Ramon’s village. The Prime Minister told the San Pedro Sun that they had a
wonderful time snorkeling at Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. While visiting “La
Isla Bonita” they also took the opportunity to visit the new Lion’s Polyclinic
II. The Prime Minister said he is looking into providing equipment to make the
Polyclinic II fully operational.
Schoolchildren were also very happy for their break this
Monday, and most spent their holiday the San Pedrano way: swimming! The cool
seawater was a welcome relief from the hot classrooms and equally constricting
hot weather of the past weekend.
