Projected Income Per Owner:
Nightly rate for entire Villa: $350 US
Nightly rate for EACH bedroom suite, rented separately: $120 US
 
Projection - 25% of the year, entire Villa rented: $31,850 US
25% of the year bedroom suites only: $21,840 US
 
Total gross income based on above figures: $53,690 US
