The government is currently in the hands of original San Pedro villagers and has some romantic appeal of being governed by those people.
The Island has experienced extremely rapid growth and Development, planning has suffered from a number of directions creating major problems. Current government is burdened with nepotistic problems and old school ideas that are not tools that work in this new environment. I'm hoping to introduce some fresh blood. Thinking it will make government more effective. A campaign to register this majority will create change. Change� The Darwinian imperative says, "If we're unwilling to change, someone else will, and go forward."
