Hey Charlene and crew, you can NOT take some time off right now! *I* will be in San Pedro for the first time, beginning Saturday, and I've heard so much about your bar-b-que that I'm NOT going to miss it! So, tough it out and make a special meal just for my husband and I, ok? Oh, hell. Forget my husband, just make some ribs or something for ME? OK? (Remembering what it was like to own a business and get jack for vacation days.....) Enjoy your break! I'll just eat peanut butter and conch sandwiches next week!

try the nachos - yum! - and ask Ernie to make you a really good rum punch! After a couple of those you won't miss the BBQ - much.

Charlene: We are sure you deserve a rest from your wonderful duties at the BBQ and are relieved to hear that when we arrive in Febuary we can still look forward to seeing you and enjoying the great food. This will be our 6th trip and haven't missed seeing you on sunday's yet. Take a deep breath and relax and we will see you on our next trip.

I have a feeling you are going to have a blast! The right attitude is so important -- and you seem to have just that! Please remember to "share" your vacation stories and pictures with us on the board. It's the next best thing to actually being there.

Law, not only will I try nachos, I'll try anything else at least once. I may even break down and try some (pause) seafood! I hear the conch fritters are good, and I'll eat anything that's fried. (Which explains why I'm fat!)

Pam & Dave, I plan on having a good time, period. I've been checking the weather forecast, then I thought to myself, "Hell, I'm going anyway, even if the weather sucks, so why am I even checking??" And my husband bought a waterproof camera on Ebay, which works great in the bath tub! He's excited about getting his camera in water, even if it's just rain water! I'll definitely do a trip report with pictures, just to justify the cost of the underwater camera!

We were at BC's on that Sunday the 25th. Although I was looking forward to trying BC's BBQ (that i've heard so much about) I must say that the burrito's (with chili on top) were pretty dang good. Enjoy your time off (which I'm sure you will) and when I get back down that way, I'll be sure and stop in and partake of the BC's BBQ! P.S. I still loved your earrings. I'm saving up for a pair for me the next time I'm down there! It was nice meeting you. Lydia
