I'm not a fan, but others like it. IMNSHO, the value/cost equation does not work. You can do better. Access to town while do-able is a PITA. And when you factor in the timeshare pitches, yuck.

CM = Captian Morgans, a resort. Too far north for me, Axe. Hard to get back and forth
