Sudoku reminds me of the questions on the LSAT. There was always a big debate in law school about whether analytical thinking could be taught or whether it had to be innate.

Hon, I understand the logic vs. math point, however, completing the puzzles gave her confidence in her ability to "do math" and with the confidence came interest and with that came better marks. See, it's all logical! ;-)

OK, I searched and found what they are. I would MUCH rather pick up a good book. The part of my brain that cared about that stuff left the building about 20 years back. I envy you guys who can do that. Where DO you get your energy?
