*Guest house on beach lot 5 miles north of San Pedro now available for long term rental, 2 bedrooms, AC, partially furnished with major appliances and bed. Newly redecorated and painted.

*First floor apartment directly on beach 5 miles north of San Pedro now available for long term rental. AC, TOTALLY furnished. Rent includes all utilities including electric, satellite, wireless internet access, etc.

Beach front- $1750usd/month includes all utilities including electric, satellite and wireless internet access.
