The dell has windows XP service pack 2.

The electric guitar is a black Harmony guitar with white pearl pick guard. It has three pickups, very similar to a fender stratocaster. The guitar sounds great. I just had it set up by Dale Wallace, we both agree it's a sweet guitar for the price. Comes with a small practice amp that takes batteries or a power cord. Also included is case, strap, two sets of strings, and instrument cable.

The Dell should have SP3 installed, as should all XP machines. How old is it - what date is on the BIOS? And what model/speed is the processor?
