Basically I have started out with fresh juices, tangerine, lime, grapefruit, apple/grape, orange, pineapple and watermelon. Our "B-8" juice is a rich blend of tomato, jalapenos, celery, onion, beets, carrots and spices simmered then rapidly chilled. Raw veg juice as well is on the menu. We have a carrot/tangerine juice blend and an orange dreamsicle that is milk, orange juice and ice cream served like a float. I may also add rootbeer float made with homemade vanilla ice cream. Smoothies will come later but I will not be adding fiber powder unless it is easily available and not expensive. Basically we are offering healthy all natural drinks with a great view of the reef.
The fresh yoghurt and ice cream will be later next week.
