The old master plan map shows it as well. I can fax a copy to anyone who wants but no scanner. It included everything south to the Caribbean Coves border. It included all the west coast down to Caribbean Coves. It did not included the east coast as it has been privately owned for years. The total is 22,000 acres acquired in 1990 from the receivers of Breeze Corp. This land was still in govt. hands until Johnny Briceno sold it while Minister of Natural Resources. I believe all those transfers were illegal and the land should revert. The lands north of the old airstrip was declared a nature reserve I believe. I have heard various claims concerning Ashcroft and son buying large portions and large portions being transferred to Beltraide. The Korean deal I believe was land that Johnny had transferred to Social Security and Social sold it to the Koreans. He transferred it to Social because the GOB had borrowed money from Social and could not pay so they gave them (GOB) that land, 3,000 acres I think. Each and every transaction was illegal. Sound shady, GOB borrowing money from Social, defaulting and paying for default with NAC land that they then sell to Koreans without advertising?? It's all on Johnny's plate. Except for what has happened recently, thats all on Jr's plate
