Police are investigating a Theft that was reported by Thomas Brown, a Belizean/American retiree of Caye Caulker Village, who stated that around 12:00pm on 25.9.10 he went to secure his 12ft skiff infront of his house and noticed that his 15hp Yamaha two stroke outboard engine valued was missing.
