Looking for a 1 bed with A/C nice clean with Internet, TV and hot water place for a ~week on AC for me and my 2 year old from July 15 or 16 until the 22nd.

Budget? Ranges from US$50 to US$2,000 per night.

This will be a working vacation nothing fancy other than I have mentioned above.
No need for a kitchen only a fridge, Internet is a must, TV optional (wanna watch local stuff and some news if possible). A/C so I can sleep at night, no need to be on the beach, walking distance to food and downtown.
