From Belmopan...

There has been some fallout from large areas of ITCZ swell-ups in Mexico last night, that brought night rain to parts of Belize. That has now almost dried up, just a little in southern Toledo. Yesterdays Atlantic activity has eased off and moved further south.

Looks as if today will be mainly sunny, with white clouds building this morning, a small chance of the odd rain shower.
