I've found some info on this topic, but am still a little confused.

Can you buy duty-free liqour on your way to Belize, like at the Houston Int'l Airport? or even in the Belize Int'l Airport? Or is that just too much hassle on your way there?

Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
