Yassar Musa is head of the Arts Council in Belize. He is connected with The House of Culture in Belize City. Owns the Image Factory Builing. He has published some very nice books of Culture and though he may be political due to his Father his work does not reflect it.As you need Letters of reference from Banks, Village or Town Council a letter of reference from The House of Culture was what we were told we needed. We were as a matter of fact asking for Residency in a proffession that would be in direct competition with Belizeans, Most of our work is Garifuna based with the exception of some books on Mayan Culture.
