That does not surprise me.

I was hoping it wasn't just us and now I know...thanks Jan. He was and continues to be extremely unprofessional (now via email)...and said something similar to what he said to you to Vicki up at Xaman Ek. I am putting together a letter to the BTB and just wanted to find out if these were isolated incidents or if he just didnt like us for some reason.

He has the BTB logo on his website and says that he was hired by them to do all this work....funny thing though, he has to get paid in US cash (which he doesnt tell you until he gets there), and doesn't pay GST, or any kind of tax that I can see....

He was supposed to arrive at our place at 9:00 am and showed up ten hours late...no phone call, nothing. Showed up in the middle of a barbeque with guests in our courtyard, and helped himself to food, the guests' beers, you name it.....

Unprofessional, arrogant, rude, and the raw video that he DID take at our place was atrocious. When we looked at it we immediately emailed him and told him that we did not want him to post anything anywhere unless or until we approved it first. The ensuing emails from him were downright vicious and personal. The man should be led to the airport and put on a plane to anywhere but here.
